summer '09
this was the first time/day i sold my pieces on the street. i was in ATL i remember being very nervous but i sold all my pieces that summer which gave me the confidence to do it again this summer so....all i need to do now is create more and more. i need some inspiration
Although my mind seems to be every where i know one thing for sure, Fashion Styling is something i love. I remember growing up not knowing what part of fashion i wanted to be apart of. I've had the chance to intern with an independent designer and got to work with her during fashion week. Worked backstage with the styling for the show and loved it. Here is an image of me working with her back in summer 09. Silly face i know but i was Happy

I would love to style Solange. She probably styles herself but...i think she'll like what i put on her. whats silly is that we have similar taste. what she rocks people be like whoa i say heyy we can go shopping together. i think we'll have fun fun fun. Solange let me style you.

Pretty image of my cousin Gabby. She's in Atlanta now..i miss her much
this picture makes me think of her lil self looking into the big world and all the things she's going to have to go through as a young black girl. I wonder if I can stop her from facing some of the things i went through prolly not all I can do is coach her and talk to her. Really she is my motivation for being in school. I want to be in a steady place so that i can give her good advice and she can look up to me.
